Jerry brings 30+ years of leadership experience across a range of industries. He’s grown his own business and sold that to a strategic buyer.  Since then, he’s held multiple CEO roles and worked as an Operating Partner in Private Equity.  He holds an MBA from Villanova and a BS in Finance from Drexel.

Daniel has 15+ years of experience leading operations and logistics teams. He’s held leadership roles across several markets and spent nearly a decade growing with Rentokil Terminix. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University.

Greg brings 30+ years of experience in accounting, finance, and business advisory services. He has supported middle-market and privately held businesses with financial strategy and operational improvement. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a degree in Accounting.

Brandon brings nearly a decade of accounting and finance experience. He started in public accounting and has since held leadership roles across multiple organizations. He holds a degree in Accounting from Columbia College.

Gene founded Chim Chimney in 2020, building it from the ground up out of his garage into a successful, growing business. He sold the company to Endura in 2025 and was promoted from General Manager to Regional Director in 2026. He brings hands-on experience in operations, growth, and building strong local teams.

Tracy has 20+ years of experience in operations and workforce management. She leads hiring and onboarding, connecting skilled workers with career opportunities. She’s passionate about building teams and supporting careers in the trades.

Makenzie brings nearly 10 years of HR experience across multiple industries. She focuses on supporting employees and building strong internal processes. She holds a degree from Wichita State and is SHRM-CP certified.

Kelsey has 7+ years of experience in customer experience and operations. She focuses on improving customer journeys and supporting business growth. She is currently completing her degree in Business Administration.

Jana has extensive experience supporting operations and leadership teams across growing organizations. She is known for bringing structure, organization, and consistency to day-to-day operations, helping teams stay aligned and focused.

Donnell has 15+ years of experience across payroll, accounting, and financial operations. He began his career in the U.S. Marine Corps and has held roles with organizations including AMC Theatres, Hostess Brands, and Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group. He holds a degree in Accounting from Liberty University.

Darin brings 30+ years of accounting and financial leadership experience. He’s held roles across healthcare, distribution, and service businesses. He holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Lipscomb University.

Bryan has 25+ years of leadership experience across manufacturing and specialty products. He’s led multiple businesses as President and CEO and now advises companies on growth and operations. He holds an MBA from the University of Georgia.
